No matter whether you crave a little or a lot, chocolate is addicted and targets the same area of your brain as heroin does. On top of having an opiate like effect on your brain, chocolate also contains caffeine, theobromine (a stimulant similar to caffeine), phenylethylamine (an amphetamine-like substance) and also traces of compounds similar to THC (the active ingredient in Marijuana). So you are fighting a physically addictive substance here and it shouldn't be taken so light heartedly!

On top of physically craving chocolate, chocolate is also a comfort food used by many us. Of course it isn't the only one - other junk foods are also commonly used to emotional numb us, take away boredom and relieve us from stress. However the physical addiction of chocolate as well as the emotional addiction can lead to disaster and can make it almost impossible to overcome.

I could have taught Danielle these Scripture verses: 1 Thessalonians 5:17; James 1:27; Philippians 4:4 and many more. but instead the same Truth flowed from her heart with the simplicity of Heaven. It's a wisdom only the childlike can comprehend.

Which sounds like it's stating the obvious but you'd be amazed at how many people either don't do this step or set their subject matter too wide that War and Peace wouldn't have enough space to tell you all about it.

I would like to say that I found this wonderful Book and bought it for my wife but I didn't until months after our son was born.a day late and a dollar short I guess! I know that my wife would have gladly tried anything that might have allowed her just a few hours of relief from the queasiness (at best) and up chucking that was ever present in our lives on a daily basis. We did pick up a copy of "End Morning Sickness Today" for her sister though, almost as a gag gift since my sister in law was heading in the same direction as my wife very early on in her pregnancy.

After dinner, you might have some fun time, tickling your child, playing peekaboo and just generally enjoying yourselves. The laughter will help with digestion and helps your baby burn up some energy. This is particularly important for older babies and toddlers who have an excess of it!
